Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Melt 1 cup butter and mix with 1 ½ cup all-purpose flour.

Press mixture evenly into a greased 9 X 13 oven safe dish.

Bake crust for 20 minutes and cool.

Mix 8 ounces softened cream cheese, 1 cup powdered sugar and ¼ cup milk together.

Spread over the cooled crust and place back in the freezer.

Mix ½ cup water, 1 ¾ cup granulated sugar, 4 cups washed and dried blueberries and 6 tablespoons cornstarch in a medium saucepan.

Bring to boil ad and cook 3 minutes until thickened. COOL!!!

Pour cooled blueberry topping over cream cheese layer.

Top with 12 ounces whipped cream.

Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
